Sofia will build the first skyscraper

In the next five years in the Bulgarian capital Sofia will be built the first skyscraper, according to news Agency SofiaNovinite.

 

The building will have a height of 202 meters and for office space, total area of which will amount to more than 40 000 sq m and the capacity will exceed 3,500 people.

The construction of the skyscraper must begin at the end of this year and be completed in five years. The total investment in the ambitious project is more than €100 million.
