Located in the heart of the prestigious villa area “Izgrev”, the house provides exceptional comfort for 12 guests, who appreciate the luxury and convenience. Upon entering, the house will surprise you with sunny tones and stylish interior decoration. But the real “WOW” effect comes when you first go out on the veranda. The beautiful view on the resorts of Albena and Golden Sands and the sea would be the envy of many Hollywood stars.
The villa occupies three floors and offers 6 separate bedrooms – one with a double bed on the third floor and five with 2 double beds, 3 bathrooms (one with bath and two with bathtub) and a spacious living room, which combines a fully equipped kitchen lounge, dining area and a wall with upholstered furniture. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet (or a chest of drawers), bedside tables with bedside lamps, a dressing table with chair and mirror, air conditioning and access to the terrace (except for children’s bedrooms for security reasons). On the ground floor there is one bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bathroom and toilet. The second floor features 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, which can be moved around according to your preferences. On the same floor is located a second bathroom with shower. On the second floor is the master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, as well as a children’s bedroom with two single beds and a sloping ceiling.
In the kitchen on the ground floor at your disposal: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, extractor hood, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle. Near the kitchen area is a dining table with 8 seats and a covered veranda with a splendid view of the sea will find garden furniture for an additional 12 seats. The good evening mood of the guests is assured by 42 ” TV with over 300 satellite channels, CD player and a DVD – at your disposal in the living room, so do not forget to bring your favorite movies and music discs. In an additional room at the ground floor there washing machine, ironing board and iron.
A place where you can spend unforgettable moments with friends or family is, of course, the veranda which offers incredible panoramic views of the sea from the resort of Albena. And in hot summer days with a cold cocktail or warm spring night, with a glass of white wine or with a cup of hot coffee, the sea always has time to remove the stress accumulated in everyday life, and to charge the batteries with a cheerful mood.
In the well-kept garden is located the pool, where you will find a welcoming freshness after sunbathing in the summer sun.
Notes: The villa is fully air conditioned. Satellite TV at your disposal in the living room. Villa has one parking spaces in the courtyard and the possibility for more parking 1 or 2 cars on the street. There is available a portable grill – barbecue, a small safe and a security system.
