Cohen & Josifov Estates presents to your attention a house, situated in the top central district of Varna city . The building is architectural monument from the beginning of the 20th century. The house is structured from solid stone and has 4 levels with overall area of 400 sq.m.
The 1st and the 2nd floors are now used for commercial purposes but in the past were restaurant.
3rd 4th floors, as seen in the photos have open planning which gives many possibilities for reconstruction according to your demands.
The hose has very intesting history. It was build by a big arabian merchant who used it for his commercial purposes.
In the 1940’s the house was bought by rich Jewish family which also used it for commersial purposes.
After the nationalisation of the Building by the Bulgarian governament it has been used for the Lazur manifacturing company. In the 1980’s the building was seriously renovated – the wooden construction and plates are substituted with concrete. This is the one and only building that old /nearly one century/ that has concrete structure.
