Familia 2 is also already finished and has a habitation certificate (license for exploitation) since August 2015. Similar to Familia 1, Familia 2 holds a prize from the \u2018Zlaten otves\u2019 contest, organized by the Bulgarian Construction Chamber.
\nThe building has 10 floors with 57 one-, two- or three-bedroom apartments ranging from 50 to 150 m^2 in area, garages and an underground parking facility.<\/p>\n

The construction of Familia 3 began in September 2015, finished in December 2016 and is put in\u00a0exploitation. Once again, the building consists of 59 apartments, ranging from 50 to 150 m^2 in area, garages and an underground facility.<\/p>\n

The construction of Familia 4 and 5 began simultaneously in August 2016 and will take a year and a half to complete. Both buildings have 10 floors and are attached to each other, while having separate entrances. They will contain a total of 103 apartments.
